Mô tả công việc

* Role purpose
- To support CRM Supervisor on developing, initiating, and implementing long- term CRM Plan as well as new product campaign launch to build meaningful and close relationships with consumers across online & offline platforms.
* Key responsibility
- Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, and implementation of CRM events (both online & offline) to bring the unique & proud- to- own users experience.
- Work with campaign team, PR team to manage the gifting plan (physical gift, online gift.. as the unique reward from brand to loyal members).* Role purpose
- Handle users&039; feedback via My OPPO App feedback hub & offline activities.
- Collaborating closely with the Service Department to design & execute the after- sale service management to enhance the premium services of brand
- Work with content team to develop the content approach to old users for new product launch. Also, responsible for the UDC content encouragement & management.
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to obtain market and consumer insights and monitor competitors&039; promotional activities & performance. Bring the efficiency & valuable activities to members.
- Maximize CRM opportunities with strong collaboration with other partners for member&039;s benefit enrichment (ex: collab with beauty brands/F&B brands to develop the privileges for members).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Sense of strategic & creative thinking.
- Holding offline events experience is the must (serving end- users).
- Teamwork and a strong collaborative mindset .
- Ability of party&039;s communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
- Strong project/event management skill & strong sense of ownership
- Proactive, organized and result oriented.
- Minimum 3 years of CRM experiences, worked in luxury retailers&039; brand/ technology companies is the bonus.
