Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Assist managers in implementing accounting service packages for both domestic and international corporate clients. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, tax reports, and other statutory reports for clients.
Liaise with tax authorities directly or support managers during audits or investigations when required.
Assist managers in delivering tax review and tax advisory services to both local and international clients. Prepare and review client deliverables, including research reports, tax advisory reports, tax returns (CIT, PIT, VAT, etc.), and supporting documentation.
Provide timely responses to client queries and recommend practical tax solutions aligned with Vietnamese regulations.
Participate in supporting corporate advisory engagements, special review assignments, and other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Prepare and review client deliverables, including research reports, tax advisory reports, tax returns (CIT, PIT, VAT, etc.), and supporting documentation.
Team Management & Coaching
Participate in knowledge- sharing sessions and internal training activities.
Provide hands- on guidance, supervision, and coaching for junior staff to help them grow and perform effectively.
Allocate tasks appropriately to team members, oversee progress and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and related departments such as Audit, Outsourcing, etc.
Service Improvement & Innovation
Assist in the development of training materials, technical articles, or contribute to the development of new services (if needed).
Contribute ideas to improve service delivery processes and internal workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Development & Business Development Support
Participate in the development of new service lines or support business development activities as assigned.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to build trust and encourage continued engagement with Crowe.
