Job Description:
Build and maintain professional and trusted relationships with clients.
Identify and analyze accounting and auditing issues, and discuss them with the team leader to propose appropriate solutions.
Assist in managing and guiding new team members (for candidates with relevant experience).
Perform detailed audit procedures for assigned sections, gathering and evaluating audit evidence based on Crowe Global&039;s risk- based audit methodology.
Prepare and complete working papers in compliance with our standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Participate in financial statement audits for a diverse client portfolio, including foreign- invested enterprises (FIEs) and leading Vietnamese companies.

Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Auditing Standards (VSA). Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a significant advantage.
&039;Bachelor&039;s Degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of one year of experience working in professional audit firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Candidates pursuing or having completed professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW are preferred.
Equipped with the appropriate attributes and skills to successfully perform the duties outlined above.
Proficiency in English (especially reading and writing skills).
