C&S Executive (DM)

Department:Design Management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Coordinate with consultants and other departments to formulate economic and technical plans to propose design plans suitable to the requirements, the size of the work and the company's orientation. Compare and assess the technical design options.
-Monitor, check, evaluate and speed up the process of implementing construction design documents (land work, high-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, soil walls / embankments, geotextile, ground treatment ...) to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, standards, and company plans.
-Check the design documents to serve the legal formulation of the project: environmental impact assessment reports, fire protection records, connection agreements, basic designs, technical designs, construction designs and construction permit ... Verification of technical design documents of the project.
-Coordinate with the Department of construction design and project management to provide suggestions & timely adjustment of the project's construction designs. Coordinating in checking the volume, construction plan and design of the bidding package (when required).
KRA:

-Checking design documents for project legal formulation: environmental impact assessment reports, fire protection records, connection agreements, basic designs, technical designs, construction designs and asking for construction permit ... Examining technical design document of project.
-Coordinate with Construction Design Management and Project Management Department to provide comments & timely adjustment of project design. Coordinating in checking the volume, construction plan and design of the bidding package.
-Building and controlling budget plans and design costs to ensure technical efficiency and cost for the company.
-Monitor and update standards, processes and documents related to construction. Research and develop products: update the world's development trends, update international and domestic standards in line with the design goals.
-Strictly comply with the company's training plan to meet the professional development capacity.
-Other tasks as assigned.

1.Qualification:
oGraduated from University specializing in Civil / Industrial Construction.
oProficient in specialized design software
oCertificate of Construction design
2.Working Experience:
oAt least 10 years of working experience in the field of civil and industrial structure design
oPrioritize high-rise buildings and multi-purpose projects
oDesign management and design supervision in construction
3. Functional Competency
oAbility to create and apply science and technology in real work, including the application of principles, techniques, processes and equipment in the fields of construction to design different types of works.
oAbility to apply an understanding of the organization's structure, functions, procedures, and regulations to solve issues.

oIn-depth knowledge of structural solutions, standards and regulations on design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
oBasic knowledge of architecture, electromechanical, infrastructure & ancillary engineering, common errors of each subject when not meeting the requirements of the common system, harmonious and synchronous handling.
oBasic knowledge of work management principles and procedures, document management, principles of presenting design drawings, presentation, (including technical specifications), cost estimation.
oKnowledge of project management and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation primarily including finance and personnel, leadership knowledge, work coordination and resources force.
