CS Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Responsibility:

Take a proactive role in supporting the sales performance to achieve targeted result
Good contacts with all sales managers, GRS and Sr. management
Follow up of sales activities and monitor progress made to achieve the budget target on a corporate level, on a department level and on the level of individual Sales managers
Produce Analytical Reports, help Sales Manager(s) to know exactly where they are in their budget journey and give a clear overview to the management of the pipeline

Main Responsibility:

Keep and update all sales related information in SharePoint including Product feasibility, Buyer Price, and Nomination Status,
Coordinate the sales forecast and planning (Volumes & Value) per Account to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and yearly target.
Execute Sample & Sales Trend analysis and provide hands on information to Sales Managers.
Update Sr. management about the sales process through clear and to the point reporting and dashboards.
Prepare Sales Policy & Procedure and monitor its execution carefully- Sample Distribution, Selling Price, Payment Term, Customer ranking & inter departments’ communication.
Perform monthly variance analysis and Gap analysis to annual forecasting & budget including graphs, charts and root cause analysis.
Manage / Update Brand, Customers & Competitors Mapping and visit reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3~5 years of experience with Sales Controlling / Controller in a business is advantage
Good command of English, Chinese competence is a plus
Strong result focus and proactive in cross functional collaboration
University Degree
Excellent Analytical Skills and sense for figures
An expert in the use of O365 (Excel and Power Point)
Outstanding common business sense/understanding and practical approach
