I: JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Management:
- Responsible for developing and implementing realistic plans to achieve the retail store&039;s business goals; execute, monitor, and achieve the store&039;s business targets.
- Analyze business data/information and propose appropriate solutions to develop/improve such data/information.
Product Management / Store Visuals:
- Control the store&039;s inventory.
- Ensure the store layout and arrangement adhere to company guidelines.
- Responsible for planning weekly/monthly/quarterly activities for sales operations and developing the store&039;s image.
Personnel Management:
- Participate in recruiting staff for the store.
- Resolve team personnel issues, foster cohesion, and create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Plan and allocate tasks effectively within the store to ensure smooth operations.
- Train sales staff: Understand the importance of training and coaching in sales skills to drive the company&039;s sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Adhere strictly to the company&039;s customer service policies for the store.
- Resolve and manage customer service issues for the store, ensuring benefits and satisfaction for customers.
