Curriculum Development Specialist

The incumbent will carry out the tasks assigned to him/her from the company’s Board of Directors related to academic teaching and curriculum development. The incumbent is responsible for planning and implementing high- quality instruction, mentorship, and subject- matter expertise in all sections. The incumbent will develop and implement new English language curricula, as well as related teacher training programs, targeted at different customer profiles based on their needs and objectives. The incumbent may also from time to time be requested to conduct academic work related to other international curricula as may be adopted by the company.
Job description:

Create, deliver training programs and all the necessary accompanying materials aimed at familiarizing teachers with how to use the new English language curricula and packages;
Review and revise existing English language curricula and packages on a quarterly/biannual/annual basis;
Development of English language curricula and packages based on instructions of the company;
Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

Familiar with the CEFR or international English proficiency examinations (PEIC, IELTS/TOEFL/,…)
Be a native- speaker and hold a valid passport from English- speaking countries;
Possess a Bachelor&039;s degree/ Master degree or higher degree majored in English/ English literature/ Linguistics or equivalence;
Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;
Have a clear background check;
Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open- mindedness, cultural sensitivity and patience
