Customer Development Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG company from the US. Our highly respected clients is seeking for a Customer Development Manager with at least 5 years’ experience of management of field sales in FMCG. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Senior PSQA Manager will be responsible for driving business objectives through the distributor team by implementing, monitoring, and measuring processes. This role will also build key strategy and business partnership with key retailers to deliver channel focus and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of sales achievement in the whole country - Vietnam.

• Push performance in Vietnam through national distributor sales team by identify opportunities, managing performance, providing support and recommendation in terms of distribution and display.

• Cooperate closely with team at distributor daily (70% in South, 30% in North)

• Execute key strategies for sales team.

• Coach and train team with crucial skills.

• Establish and build relationship with key retailers by conducting business review, developing promotion activity plan to drive visibility and recommendation.

• Develop crucial materials to deliver brand and product knowledge.

• Support National Distributor on product ordering process, inventory and freshness management, product registration, and other back office tasks.

• At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales and management of field sales team. 

• Bachelor or degree. 

• Good skills of English. 

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues. 

• Strong analytical skills of developing strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
