Customer Experience and Service Specialist

Reporting to the Global Customer Service & Experience Manager, you will be responsible to develop and ensure the Customer Service & Experience satisfaction of entire Vinfast showrooms and workshops including but not limited to:
- Elaborate brand training modules with Training department and supervise the roll out.
- Establish and Develop customer experience touch points and bring solutions to enhance customer satisfaction with the Company&039;s services.
- Organizing the Customer Service & Experience Audit (Soft skill) at showrooms and workshops to ensure the respect of guest experience (mystery visits).
- Conduct research to explore the best services and newest trends internationally and develop strategy to apply to local market.
- Set up the online customer satisfaction tracking system for VinFast.
- Collect and analyze comments/feedbacks from customers to identify root causes and ensure that counter-measures are taken.
- Defines standards for customer support center to ensure best assistance to customers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives that improves customer experience and brand loyalty.

- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in business related to customer experience and service in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, management and leadership skills.
