• Coordinate with Product, IT, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure timely, effective, and compliant campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs such as conversion rate, open/click rates, CAC, CLV, retention, and ROI.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns tailored by customer segmentation and behavior.
• Design personalized customer journeys based on multi- channel user data, collaborating closely with data analysts to analyze behavior and recommend actionable strategies.
• Understanding CRM and how to build CRM campaign across digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in- app messaging, and social retargeting to boost revenue from existing and potential customers.
