Customer Experience Development Intern

MAIN DUTY:
Understanding Con Cung customer insights in order to conduct projects and activities that improve the customer experience (CX) and engagement along their journey at Con Cung Store

Observe and learn the customer experience trends to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
Research and implement tools to understand customer insights
Conduct and analyze quality assurance surveys to enhance services provided to customer
Communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders to run Con Cung Customer Experience Programs

**Job requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
Proficient in spoken and written English
Analytical skill & reporting skill
Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
