Summary of Responsibilities

Being the face of Dreamplex comes with some exciting tasks, such as:
Coordinating and executing engaging events and gatherings.
Coordinating with other departments including sales, marketing, accounting, HR, IT, for various projects.
Providing a “Customer- obsessed” level of service.
Creating a fun, inspiring, and welcoming environment for our customers and guests.
Thinking outside the box to make huge fans out of our customers.
Managing and monitoring daily operations, inventory, and cash handling.
Managing customer needs and billing via coworking management software.
Flexibility to work across all locations, at varying time schedules.
Engaging the community, assisting in bringing people together, and creating a sense of belonging.

What you need

Ability to think on your feet, critically, and creatively.
Good time management, priority- setting, and deadline achievement.
Genuine care for people and want to provide the best experience.
Easygoing, bubbly, and open with communication.
Hospitality and guest relations or retail and customer service experience.
