Summary of Responsibilities

Being the face of Dreamplex comes with some exciting tasks, such as:
Engaging the community, assisting in bringing people together, and creating a sense of belonging.
Implement and ensure system recovery procedures are carried out once staff receive a special request or complaints from the guests.
Providing a “Customer Obsessed” level of service.
Flexibility to work across all locations, at varying time schedules.
Thinking outside the box to make huge fans out of our customers.
Managing customer’s needs and billing via coworking management software.
Managing and monitoring daily operations, inventory, and cash handling.
Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair, and well- maintained.
Creating a fun, inspiring, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.
Coordinating with other departments including sales, marketing, accounting, HR, and IT, for various projects.
Coordinating and executing engaging events and gatherings.
