The role:
We are looking for a fresh, self- motivated individual to join the ELSA Vietnam team as an Operations & Engagement Intern in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be supporting the Account Management & Customer Success teams with the onboarding, engagement tracking, activities planning & management in order to maintain and enhance the engagement rate with our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Support to operate workshops and competitions for teachers/end users
Contribute to the development of short term engagement plans/goals to ensure a high engagement rate of trial clients
Create user guidelines/manual, FAQ, and other related documents
Update our internal database regarding information on new clients, engagement reports, and learners&039; performance reports. Handles confidential student information with tact, discretion and compliance with company regulations
Follow up with internal teams to ensure customers’ technical issues are resolved
Assists learners during the use and application of specific curriculum and ELSA software that enhances their learning experience
Other relevant tasks to be assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
Meticulous, good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
Proficient in using common computer/technology applications
Have a flexible, resilient, and positive can- do attitude
Have an understanding of English teaching methodologies and techniques is a plus
Demonstrates effective communication
Good command of English/Chinese
