Job Summary:
Key account management of modern trade channels (supermarkets & hypermarkets) in assigned territory to achieve sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate agreements on promotion programs, distribution, shelf space, etc. with customers to ensure achievement of sales volume targets and maximize brand equity.
- Develop close relationships with decision makers at all levels in the customer organization to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ensure effective implementation of CRM program across channels.
- Analyze consumer trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through innovative merchandising techniques or promotional programs and communicate them to the Marketing Department.
- Manage assigned key accounts for supermarket/hypermarket chains including managing the day- to- day activities within these accounts; developing and implementing long- term strategies to grow business with each customer.

Highly motivated with proven track record of success.
Good PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.
Experience in managing people and projects.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and company personnel.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Fluent English communication skill is required.
Minimum 5- year experience in FMCG sales working directly with large retail accounts such as supermarkets and hypermarkets.
