Key account management of modern trade channels (supermarkets & hypermarkets) in assigned territory to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze consumer trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.
• Manage assigned key accounts for supermarket/hypermarket chains including managing the day- to- day activities within these accounts; developing and implementing long- term strategies to grow business with each customer.
• Negotiate agreements on promotion programs, distribution, shelf space, etc. with customers to ensure achievement of sales volume targets and maximize brand equity.
• Ensure effective implementation of CRM program across channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through innovative merchandising techniques or promotional programs and communicate them to the Marketing Department.
• Develop close relationships with decision makers at all levels in the customer organization to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions.
