Customer Project Manager

Purpose of the position:
You will help to define the right ecosystem of local and international outstanding suppliers/ partners to target et reach ambitious business goals.
The post-holder will use specialist knowledge to lead and deliver this process. You will be responsible for advising Minthacare’s executives and guiding decision-making on effective and streamlined customer relationship management as a key strategic tool.

Job Description
I - Line Manager:

Line 1: Country Manager.

II - Main duty for Project Manager:

Optimization or deployment of a new application;
Participation in the drafting of SFD/SFT (Detailed and Technical Functional Specifications);
Regular monitoring of actions taken to measure and analyze performance (tests, KPIs, error correction, etc.)
Definition of the functional design;
Responsible and accountable of the success of the CRM program
Implementation of support and training actions for end users;
Organization, coordination and animation of the CRM project in an agile way;
Updating of the application system reference documents;

Native Vietnamese, fluent in English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in marketing/communication,
5 years of experience in a similar position
Supplier negotiation and procurement of high-value software
Familiar of FMCG, dermo cosmetic or pharmaceutical brands/ products
Excellent analytical and IT skills including data management
Knowledge/ culture of the healthcare market is a plus
Experience in project management and leading a project team
Experience of developing and implementing a sales driven database, such as Zoho, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
