Customer Quality Engineer

- Assist- Perform internal production process audit according internal audit plan
- Oversee- Changes management (member of core team).
- Assist- Other tasks required to support Project/process Quality responsible.
- Explain- Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
- Communication- Management of production parts approval by customers.
- Ensure- quality of report make by core- team are suitable and on time
- Report- Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
- Lead- 4D/ 8D report according to work instruction."
- Advice- Establish requirements for product audit (parameters to be audited, sampling size, auditors training requirements, etc.).
- Challenge- Training and verification of effectiveness of Production Quality responsible for business unit products.
- Organize- Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
- Participate- Support production in customer audits.
- Perform- Address customer quality issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues.
- Manage- Management and communication of general customer requirements (general quality agreements, non- disclosure agreements, etc.)
- Lead- Customer representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally and up to date.
- Record- Management of access to customer web- based quality- related communication systems (passwords, users profiles, etc.); Internal weekly and monthly report with customer complaint data management.

- Experience: 2 years in a similar position
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric or other related fields
- Have knowledge of:
+ Continuously improvement
+ 6S
+ Documentation / record retention
- Good English.
- Have experience or knowledge of Awareness & Internal Auditor IATF 16949 / ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, Zoho/VEGA Flatform, Problem Solving ( A3/8D )
