Position Title: Customer Quality Engineer
Reports to: Quality Assurance Leader

Location: Gentherm Vietnam Co., Ltd
Scope of Position:
• To ensure continuously achieve customers' satisfaction, continuously maintain and improve the Gentherm production part service, the customer quality engineer responsible for leading the complaint problem solving and and having all corrective and preventative actions implemented to report to customers
• To support and cultivate a culture of First-time quality, Zero Defects and Continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
• Lead customer complaint management process, receive customer complaint information and record, archive all the information, including but not only analysis report, sample parts and communication with customer till the complaint
closed, mainly task include following
• Assisting customer in any quality related queries for complaint issue, communicate with customer about the product quality issue
• Coordinate to complete all kinds of quality reports which requested by customer during the Project Running
• Lead customer complaint management process including receive customer complaint information and record, archive all needed information, analysis, Report, sample parts and communication with customer till the complaint closed, mainly
task include following
- Summarizing the complaint information and transfer to related departments,
- In liason with Process Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Tool & Maintenance Engineer etc. to perform problem analysis and the actions report to customer within defined period
- Follow actions till they are closed with evidence of effectiveness
• To stop shipment to ensure that non-conforming product do not ship to customer and stop production to correct quality problems or process that do not comform to requirements
• Provide data and information to internal and external audit about customer quality
• To monitor customer scorecards and customer portals on ensureing meet and monitor customer satisfaction
• Provide materials for quality related trainings, and trainings on cusomter complaints, inspection standards
• Other as assigned by Manager
