Customer Quality Engineer

Follow up and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
Organize meeting with all related departments and drive them to find out root causes and effective actions
Making 8D report as customer requirement and work with customer/FWGB for any other requests
Making report of number complaints from field or internal affair and its trend. Provide solution once KPI was out of control
Handling quality issues detected at OQC station
Coordinate with other teams to make some failure analysis to detect the problem and symptom
Handling all customer complaints from FWGB, direct customers, sub-contractors
Using some equipments at laboratory for problem analysis
Review and evaluation submitted report from Process, Production, R&D, Planning and Warehouse team

1-3 years working experience as same position
Familiar with ISO 9001
Prefer having experience in electric/ electronic manufacturing field: IPC-A-610
Able to work both in team or individual
English: Proficient in 4 skills (Intermediate level)
Bachelor degree in electric/ electronic or mechanical
Positive, flexible, strong in problem solving & communication skill.
Can work under high pressure and lead a small group under
Good at FMEA, 8D method, SPC, MSA, …
Computer: MS Office tool
