Customer Relationship Manager (Financial Leasing)Urgent job Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd

• Proactively plan and deploy the search and access to new quality customer sources to exploit needs, advise and convince customers to use products and services in the financial leasing area/ realize opportunities, and effectively manage risks for customers in charge and their value chain.
• Develop and lead teams for corporate customers to financial leasing.
• Manage entire disbursement, and ensure quality of work by leading teams to achieve KPIs.
• Responsible for reports to the Functional Head.
• Guide and assign sales projects/approaches to team members to maximize the sales abilities of staff and sales opportunities.

• Bachelor&039;s degree or above in Finance – Banking, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
• Strong leadership in both team cooperation and individual.
• High energy level, aggressive, and can- do attitude.
• At least 5 years in management team lead roles.
• Have a deep understanding of financial market, and can adapt quickly to market changes.
• Self- confident, ambitious, strong interpersonal skills, willing to take challenges.
• Able to communicate clearly and persuasively in dealing with internal & external contacts.
• At least 8 years of sales experience in corporate banking or financial leasing.
• Proven customer service and aftersales experience and result orientation.
• Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus.
