Customer Service Airfreight

We – American Airlines Cargo in Vietnam – are seeking 02 candidates who have willing to learn attitude and love cargo industry. Join us if you are interested in our Customer services vacancy. You will:
- Contact with customers to get handling information
- Coordinate with Operation Team to get the smooth handling process
- Check all requirements for airfreight shipment and reply to customers, oversea
- Follow up cargo status, report to Customer Service Supervisor
- Support Space Control team to create bookings
- Send pre-alert/ documents to partners/ oversea
- Correspondence with other sections and oversea partner offices to solve all raising problems (if any)
- Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements

- Be younger than 25 years old, Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in air freight forwarding and logistics operation, domestic delivery
- College graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Aviation and so on
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office
- High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, willing to learn more and high motive
- Strong negotiation, communication and team building skill
- Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill
- Willing to work overtime as per job requirements
- Strong and never give up spirit

- Salary at deal, min $400 - $600 plus bonus depends on business situation
