Customer Service Associate (Temporary 6 months)

Provide support to our users and drivers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear and efficient way by using the right methods/tools.
Working location: Tan Binh District, HCMC
Handle and resolve requests/ feedback for our corporate clients, individual customers, and partner drivers via Chat and Email channels.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Record details of enquiries, comments or complaints.
Interact with the Driver Management and Business Development departments to effectively and promptly address issues, enhancing customer experience.
Working time: Rotating shift, each lasting 8 hours and 1.5 days off per week. The work schedule is arranged by the direct supervisor.
Handle, investigate customer concerns and provide solutions.

Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings and public holidays
Computer literacy; familiar with Google, spreadsheets, instant messaging
Proficient and confident when using Vietnamese in communication (both written and verbal)
Positive, customer- oriented individual with strong communication skills
College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations.
Target- driven, adaptable, and able to handle a fast- paced environment, multitask, and solve problems effectively
