Mô tả công việc
Arrange delivery/shipping services according to customer requests.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Assist in checking shift handover within the team.
Communicate with the Singapore team to update order information or handle arising issues.
Respond to messages and comments promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.
Support data entry and reporting on the KiotViet system.
Check and follow up on alteration/repair schedules with internal departments.
Yêu cầu công việc
Mandatory in- office presence 1–2 days per week. Shift duty applies to weekends and public holidays.
Students aged 18 to 21..
Knowledge of fashion is an advantage.
Rotating 3 shifts per day, Monday to Sunday: 9 AM – 1 PM; 1 PM – 5 PM; 5 PM – 9 PM (Online and Offline)
Careful, detail- oriented, quick, dynamic, and positive.
Own a personal laptop.
Able to communicate in English.
