Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years experience working in logistics , shipping lines, freight forwarders or import/ export to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.
Position Summary
oControl outbound shipments and the booking process of the assigned trade lanes.
oPerform MSC’s Business Plan and promote MSC’s services by delivery high quality customer care to ensure customer’s requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
oCreate/ modify bookings for all customers’ request via email/Intra/Mymsc.com/Cross booking.
oProvide information of vessel details, shipping schedule and handle other enquires to shippers
oSupport customer during the entire the shipping process
oHandle SOB / EDI / TLA / VGM
oInform Customers and Agents for all trade lines of the rollover advice
oKeep VIP clients informed of the loading confirmation
oCoordinate with relevant Teams (Sales, Freight, Docs team) to handle COD/Hold/return/Re-export request
oHandle UAC as required. Liaise with Shippers and Consignees to clear cargo to avoid DEM/STORAGE charge.
oHandle SANCTION Booking - be up to date with the latest sanction policies and follow closely with GVA guidelines and local sanction procedures.

oStrongly customer oriented with the ability to work with customers in a positive manner and efficiently follow through queries / transactions and revert to customers without delay; sensitive to customers' needs.
oMS Office: MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
oKnowledge Portnet, TMS
oStrong verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders;
oPositive and enthusiastic to provide a good customer service experience;
oTeam player with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues across various functions / departments;
oAble to work independently and ability to work under pressure;
