Customer Service Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for managing customers&039; concerns.
Analyze customer needs to improve customer relationships and experience.
Gather customer feedback from multiple sources including surveys.
Identify risks with different approaches to business process change.
Record customers&039; requests and follow-up actions into the system.
Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure customer service operations are effective.
Execute order processing and order fulfillment tasks.
Address customers&039; requests and queries through emails.
Provide feedback on how to improve processes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Good problem-solving skill
Computer skills: Excel
Experience in Customer Service in POD is preferable
Customer Service mindset
Good English skills in listening, writing, reading
Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwork
Good communication/ negotiation skills
Able to work under high pressure
