Customer Service Executive (English) Hoiio Pte Ltd

We are looking for Customer Service Executive to answer questions, respond to customer complaints, and provides support to clients:
- Joining online meetings if necessary to understand customer issues to do troubleshooting.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Communicating with customers- Analyze customer’s inquiries and provide appropriate explanations and solutions in a supportive attitude.
- Assisting daily tickets to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through various channels promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Willingness to learn our products inside and out so that you can answer customer questions.
