KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a customer- focused Customer Service Executive to support our growing e- commerce operations:
Customer Support
- Support customers with orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product questions
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Ensure timely responses and resolutions within SLA standards
- Handle daily customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
Process & Efficiency
- Keep customer records accurate and well- organized
- Spot common customer issues and share improvement ideas
- Help update FAQs, templates, and internal guides
Team Collaboration
- Support team initiatives to improve customer experience
- Work closely with Operations, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Calm, positive, and professional in fast- paced situations
- Well- organized, detail- oriented, and comfortable managing daily tasks
- Willing to learn new tools and processes (CRM experience such as Gorgias is a plus)
- Background in customer service, internships, part- time work, or relevant projects is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to handle multiple customer requests accurately and professionally
- Languages: Native Vietnamese and fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong customer- first mindset with good written communication skills

WOKING LOCATION
On- site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
WORKING HOURS
(We start our day with a run and a reflective Feedforward session – no meetings, no reports, just real connection.)
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1- hour lunch break).
