Customer Service Executive (Japanese And English)

Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company&039;s services;
Manage and maintain customer information database;
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Support merchants, and customers to handle orders problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;

No prior customer service experience is required;
Japanese equivalent to N2 level;
English equivalent to Toeic 700- 750, or IELTS 6.0- 6.5
Age: Prefer under 26.
Good communication, self- discipline, and responsibility for work;
Have a personal laptop;
Experience in a similar position is a plus;
