WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Proactively escalate issues to managers/supervisors when needed.
Complete online workflow activities promptly and consistently.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update them as necessary.
Oversee the background investigation process for all new hires.
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data entry of employee information into the information system.
Maintain up- to- date and accurate employee records, paperwork, and forms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Possess a minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
Positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service.
Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new conditions.
Excellent command of English communication (both written and verbal) to receive training and maintain regular communication/reporting with the client’s team.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively.

WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone from 8PM – 5AM (Mon – Fri). Flexibility and remote work options are available.
