Customer Service Executive

Resolve any operational shortcomings of the solution.
Transmit the necessary elements to the good implementation follow- up.
Responsible for setting up the PMS software suite. Install, Configure, and test all peripheral interfaces to third- party vendor systems.
Work with the Team Leader(s) and other consultants to ensure that the level of service requirements are maintained and exceeded.
Adhere to and follow the procedures put in place with precision and efficiency.
Maintain and enhance the image of the company by acting in a professional manner.
Ensure that the solution corresponds to the specifications as well as to the customer&039;s operational flows.

Experience in the operational hotel industry/ Property Management System PMS is a plus
Good spoken and written English, French- speaking is a big plus.
Computer skills
An ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with team members and clients.
