- Manage customer accounts, oversee the progress and costs of development projects.- Receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution.- Ensure customer satisfaction with Thygesen&039;s products and services through regular contact and follow- ups.- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed professionally and in a timely manner.- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for assigned projects.- Monitor lead times and ensure timely delivery of development projects.- Manage and control costs associated with development projects.- Track and monitor customer payments and outstanding debts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Garment or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment manufacturing.- Proficiency in English.- Ability to work effectively under pressure.- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
