Receive customer&039;s requests:
Receive requests and related documents from customers or Yusen overseas agents (service quotes, import / export procedures for goods, problem solving, document requests, …)
Coordinate to check documents, delivery conditions, and related costs to identify the payer and confirm payment.
Coordinate to carry out the plan according to customer requirements:
Coordinate, corporate and follow up the result.
Perform services as the request of customers and transfer information to the relevant departments
Other tasks:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure payment on time if need
Establish and maintain relationships

Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Able to commit to a full- time internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
Final- year student or recent graduate from a university or college majoring in Logistics, International Trade, Import- Export, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Good English (Verbal and non- verbal) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
