Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain and update client information and service records in company systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing reports related to client support and service operations.
Help track client requests, service progress, and related documentation.
Support preparation of service proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documents when required.

Thu nhập: 3.500.000 VND/month.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Responsible, careful, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in customer service, business development, or outsourcing services.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Interest in working in a technology, semiconductor, or engineering- related industry.
English communication and reading skills are preferred.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast- paced environment.
Internship or part- time experience in customer support, sales support, or business operations is an advantage.
Final- year students or recent graduates majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or related fields.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
