Liaise with customer and carrier/Agent in relation to booking shipment, SI submission, VGM submission, BL confirmation, collection BL from carrier, and courier BL to customer.
Ensure timely and accurately data entry into the system， responsible to close shipments and filling.
Assist sales in providing feedback on business progressing to customers
Timely responding and resolution of issues, escalation, and complaints
Work efficiency of the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents.

Điều kiện làm việc:

In- house
Monday – Friday, Check In 8:30- 9:00, Check Out 17:30- 18: (Break: 12:00- 1:30)
