-YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
-You will working at the newest O2O e-commerce platform at Viet Nam. English – Chinese – Vietnamese spoken. You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer -service to our customer.
-We are looking for Customer Service Lead to join our team and provide the best service to our customer
• Team leader experience: 2 years, team size from 5
• Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs
• Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity
• Experience with: e-commerce
• English or Chinese: fluently
• Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
• Develop training plans for your team members.

• Ability to listen to understand English or Chinese, good communication.
• Work under pressure.
• Experience or knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
• Understanding how and the organizational model of call center system, telesales
• Fast learning and problem solving skills for early stage start-up.
• 2+ Years of Experience in a Customer Service Leader position in the beverage industry

• Annual trip
• 13 + 14th bonus
• Salary: nego (20-30M gross)
