Customer Service Manager / Trưởng Phòng CSKH

- Be an expert in workplace strategy and consult to customers about how to set up office professionally for maximum efficiency as you walk customers around the center
- Organize community event, develop partnership to bring in member perks
- Making sure staffs provide services professionally: deliver mails, send packages, answer phones, book and prepare meeting room, order offices supply as requested by customers
- Prepare office for moving- in & onboarding new customers, make sure they settle in happily, time- to- time check in to resolve quickly any issues
- Run the office center professionally with a friendly attitude
- Pro- actively look for opportunity to expand existing customer base, reach out to potential customers and negotiate contract to gain new customers

To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Sales qualifications are preferable: analytical skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, customers relationship development skills
- Good command of English, both verbal and (email) written skills
- Customer- oriented to enjoy working with customers and solving their problems
- Enthusiastic to engage your staff and customers into a dynamic environment
- 5+ years working experience in services industry

- Starting salary from 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND/month plus 5,000,000 ++ sales commission based on performance.
