CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

Prepare shipping documents, proceed freight booking, liaise with MPL, production, warehouse, customs, and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments are picked up on time.
Process order entry in ERP system, ensure these entries are accurate.
Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subject, and take actions according to meeting minutes
Monitor production status by checking system report and communicating with MPL, Production, to ensure customer requested shipping plan can be achieved.
Pass customer demand to MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.
Send invoice or other bills to customer and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.
Assist in investigation of customer complaints, handle return and exchange.
Maintain different kinds of reports and record.
Communicate with customer for shipping schedule, forecast, and any other demand or emergency.

Good command in English reading, writing, and listening, speaking.
Experience in working with ERP
Work experience in international company or organization is preferable.
3 years or above Experience in customer service/logistics for manufacturing company is required
Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Planning Mindset, Problem Solving và Time Management.
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
