- Participating in testing projects, system modification packages to meet customer needs and Company requirements
- Contact customers when there are special events in their account (rights, reversal, call margin,...)
- Maintain close relationships with customer
- Support customers open trading account
- Contact to communication the company&039;s event to customers
- Answer all questions to increase customer satisfaction when using Pinetree products and services.
- Receive, guide, and classify the customer&039;s documents and then transfer to the relevant departments such as account opening contract, securities depository, securities transfer, securities right,....
- Introduce and guild customer to register and using company service and product
- Guide and introduce to customer on using Pinetree’s trading and investment platform
*** Requirement:
- Working knowledge and expertise on investment and stock market.
- Graduated from university/college specializing in Economy, Foreign Trade, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking
- Certifications are preferred, but not required
- Having at least 2-year-experience to working at securities companies
- Ability to withstand pressure, enthusiasm for creativity at work.
- English: communication, reading and understanding foreign documents
- Having at least 1-year-experience working as customer service or securities operation officer position
