Overview:
You turn leads into members. You book trials, drive show ups, and keep members engaged in Primal’s group classes.
What You Will Do:
Lead follows up: Call, DM, and text new leads within minutes. Log every touchpoint.
Daily reporting: Update lead sheet, show up rates, before end of day.
Community touchpoints: Engage members in WhatsApp and in- app, promote events and challenges.
Trial booking: Offer the right class,send reminders, reduce no shows.
Core KPIs:
Speed to lead and daily outreach volume
Response time to member inquiries
Trial booking rate and show up rate
Referral leads generated

What You Bring
Follow through: Organized, persistent, comfortable working targets and deadlines.
Tools: booking systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service. Fitness or hospitality is a plus.
Availability: Able to work some evenings and weekends.
Communication: Clear, confident, and friendly in Vietnamese and English.
