Review, transfer and moderate property listings, images, and verify seller/broker information.
Manage and respond to customer service requests (inquiries, complaints, user guidance).
Reconcile transaction data (point purchase, listing extension, advertising fees)
Prepare operation KPI reports, analyze user data, and propose improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good command of English (both written and spoken) to work with internal teams and external partners.
Understanding of digital platform operation processes (property listing, e- commerce, fintech).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
Good communication and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset.
Strong cross- functional collaboration ability.
