Customer Service - Operator

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Professionally deals with customers&039; inquiries promptly
Conduct the department&039;s reports
Assist the General Manager in creating Operations documents.
Responsible for processing all transactions efficiently.
Resolve and follow up on pending transactions, escalating where needed
Ad- hoc tasks
Operate the EzyRemit backend system
Ensuring all transactions are performed following the company&039;s Compliance Rules
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in the operational procedures.
Provide customer service
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or experience handling data
Have attention to detail
Strong time management and problem- solving skills
Experienced working by shifts is preferable
Having knowledge or experience in financial services/payment (B2B, B2C) is a plus.
Be a team player with a supportive attitude
Be willing to work flexible shifts (including night shifts), special events, and holidays
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment and work under pressure is necessary.
