Key Responsibilities
● Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients both in- person and via phone or email,
providing information about our services and guiding them through the booking process.
● Appointment Coordination: Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient
use of artist time and client satisfaction.
● Client Education: Provide information about our services, artists, and tattoo
aftercare, guiding clients through the tattoo process.
● Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, assist
with inventory management and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
● Studio Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming studio
environment, ensuring all areas are well- stocked and organized.
● Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to continuously improve our services
and client experience.
Qualifications
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer
service or hospitality are a plus.
● Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a creative or artistic
environment.
● Skills: Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite; ability to multitask and handle high- pressure situations.
