Customer Service Representative

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer&039;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and provide professional customer support.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide suitable recommendation by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Regime
Regular team building activities, parties, and trips.
There is training to guide when starting work.
Salary based 10 -12 millions VND + bonus (total 12-18 million)

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Worked in Hospitality or Services field is a plus
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Positive mindset, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
IELTS minimum 6.5
At least 1 year customer support experience
Sincere and patience, willing to work in different timezone
Excellent teamwork and communication skills (especially in English)
