Customer Service Representative

* Job Purpose: To maintain customer relationship, build market awareness on our products and services with the objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales and marketing objectives, profit, other economic goals and assisting management in formulating sales strategy to expand market penetration within Customer strategy, policies and guidelines as well as Manager&039;s supervision.
* Key Responsibilities
- Visit to customer if need
- Other assignments given by Sales Manager.
- Download PO from sys and inform related department.
- Contacting with customers and solving customer’s requirement, complain…
- Following FA submission schedule
- Follow DO daily, and settle all issue related to delivery and quality….
- Control contract, lending, agreement
- Preparing and launch new project information.
- Report daily issue and result to Sales Manager

* Requisite Criteria
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills
- Fluent English communication
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
*Skill
- Have strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
- Strong ability in relationships with teams and adaptability to new environments and new functions.
- Knowledge on product management, reaching volume, revenue, and profit targets.
