Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
● Prior experience in Print on Demand (POD) or a similar customer service role is a

● Strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging

Salary and Benefits:
● Competitive salary: 8,000,000- 10,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on
