Customer Service Representative

Take care customers used the company&039;s products and services
Ensure feedback for customers in a professional manner and do not affect the image of the brand and business
Receive information and update customer data
Receive calls to answer questions and complaints from customers
Support sales department to increase sales
Other taskes as directed by superiors
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Work with internal departments to meet customer&039;s needs

At least 1- 2 years&039;s of relevant work experience (prefer in chemical field)
Well organized and detailed
Problem analysis and problem- solving
Customer oriented, willing to study & hard working
Priority for graduated Chemical background
Good communication skill and teamwork spirit

Evaluation to increase salary 1 time per year
Vietnam Labor Code (i.e. Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance , Annual leaves, etc.)
Working from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
Business trip allowance
Company trip once a year
Having health check once a year
