Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally during scheduled hours.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company database.
Provide support and guidance to clients through effective communication channels, including phone, email, and company text messaging.
Assist clients with inquiries, policy information, claims processing, and other insurance- related matters.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Demonstrated customer service attitude with a commitment to delivering high- quality service to clients.
Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and through written communication.
1 years of experience in a related customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
