Customer Service Representatives

Customer service (60%): take care service after sales

- Monitor shipment status and update delivery schedules to customers.
- Receive customers forecast and align with SCM team to determine order volume.
- Prepare delivery documents, payment documents for EPE/non- EPE customers.
- Other sales support tasks.
- Proactively work with customers for repeated orders.
- Make reports
- Understand clearly customers requirements
- Prepare official quotations with information provided by Sales team.
- Plan delivery schedules to customers, coordinate with Warehouse team to well prepare delivery procedures for each customer.
- Receive & follow Sales orders, solve issues to ensure deliver goods to customers on time.
- First window to receive feedbacks from customers, coordinate with related department to resolve issues timely and effectively.
Import- export process (30%):
- Check legal methods to reduce import duties and taxes, by using CO/bonded warehouse,...
- Coordinate with Sales/Engineer team to understand clearly about the products and find suitable HS code.
- Prepare On- spot export CDs and other documents.
- Send PO to suppliers.
- Calculate & compare shipping costs and analyze information to choose the suitable transport option.
- Check shipping documents, open import CDs.
Marketing
- other tasked assigned by direct manager
- Company products and information advertainments on Facebook, LinkedIn, ... (10%)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Good service mindset to Customers.
- Good English for job (4 skills)
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import- Export, Economic or similar field.
- Must have: import- export experience and working with Customer.
- Having a sense of strong responsibility and time management.

SKILLS and OTHERS:

- Hardworking, Attention to details, High responsible
- Good data analysis skills is a plus
- Flexible, Progressive, Energetic
- Good Microsoft Office skills (excel)

Product and sales trainings
Salary + high commission + 13th salary + year- end performance bonus (starting 20m VND per annum and more with commission)
