Customer Service Specialist

Manage new orders in system: process, sequence, send proforma.
At all- time comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Manage pending orders, consolidate orders and fulfill the shipment.
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail in a timely and accurate manner.
Alerts customers on shipment issues in advance.
Interface with customers and sales representative to handle both pre- sales and post- sales service function.
Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned.
Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
Follow up with Logistics and Fulfillment team to ensure booking/ stock available for outbound shipments.

Education:
University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics.
Experience:
· Local candidates are preferable Ba Ria Vung Tau provice
· Experience in customer service in manufacturing companies is a plus.
· At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
Knowledge of:
· Knowledge of Furniture Industry is an advance.
· Knowledge of Import/Export Customs and Shipping Documentation.
· Advanced knowledge/experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Skype).
Skills and Abilities
· Strong competence in the use of technology and software applications including MS, ERP
· Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
· Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.
· Proficiency in the management of resources.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
· Familiar with maintaining customer database.
